Stop paying $400/mo for inspection reports.
AI does them in two minutes.

Upload photos and notes from your walkthrough. AI writes the owner-ready report — room-by-room grades, captioned gallery, maintenance flags. Built for NZ and AU property managers.

The problem

Quarterly inspections shouldn't eat
your weekends.

Property managers run 25–125 inspections a month and every one needs a formatted owner report. Freelancers charge $250–400/month. VAs take days. Your staff deserve better work than formatting photo galleries.

01

Legally required. Endlessly repetitive.

Inspection reports are mandatory under NZ and AU tenancy law. The work is the same every quarter. Someone has to do it.

02

Freelancers get expensive fast.

$250–400/month typical. Slow turnaround. Quality varies. Still needs your review before the owner sees it.

03

Staff hours are worth more elsewhere.

Your best people should be winning new properties, not formatting photo galleries and writing boilerplate.

FAQ

Questions?

Is this compliant with NZ and AU tenancy law?
InspectionAI produces a report from photos and notes you collect during an in-person inspection. The PM remains the inspector of record — we just format and write the report. Same legal standing as your current workflow, minus the hours.
How many photos can I upload per inspection?
Up to 40 per report. That covers 8–10 rooms with 4–5 photos each, plus exterior. If you need more, get in touch.
Can I put my agency's logo on the report?
Yes. Upload it once at signup. Every report ships with your logo in the header. "Powered by InspectionAI" sits quietly in the footer.
What about tenant privacy on photos?
Photos are processed and auto-deleted from our servers after your report is generated (within 24 hours). PDF reports remain in your account for download. No photos are used for AI training. Ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscription. Cancel mid-cycle and keep access until your billing period ends. No contracts.
What if I go over my monthly report limit?
Overage is billed at $3 per extra report. No auto-upgrades, no surprises. You can upgrade or downgrade tiers anytime.
How fast is the turnaround?
Under 2 minutes from upload to PDF in your inbox. The AI runs in parallel so upload size doesn't slow it down much.
Is this a substitute for professional inspections?
No. InspectionAI is an AI-assisted report-writing tool. You remain the inspector of record — you do the walkthrough, take the photos, and approve the report before it goes to the owner. The AI helps format and draft, but you verify everything. A disclaimer to this effect is included in every report footer.
Do you integrate with PropertyMe / Re-Leased / Palace?
Not yet. Launch version is standalone web. Integration is on the roadmap — tell us which platform you use when you join the waitlist.
